5. THINK LESS

A key here is less thinking & reasoning. Reasoning is not your answer.

It’s okay to dialogue your thought processes & is probably necessary if your’re a thinker by nature! 

Realize angst analysis is a waste of time. Trying to understand why your mind has been & is so hell-bent on making you mad & miserable is a waste of time. Trying to understand HOW it did so, & how you can then avoid all future assaults is a waste of time. The self-expectation of trying to fix it; to get over it, to work yourself out, to pull it all together; to fit everything all together & in perfect order is a waste of time!!! Beacause…..You cannot heal a sick soul with a sick soul! You cannot think yourself out of your problems. It’s your thoughts that invited the problems there in the first place. It’s your thoughts that are the bad guys (not your emotions). It’syour thoughts that created thehead full of dragons in the first place! Your thoughts established their lair. As you do the right things, they’ll cease to exist & will fall at your feet defeated. The right things??? Challenging & reprogramming the underlying beliefs, relaxing toward the anxiety & refusing to add more fear & tension will lead you to right responses.

You WILL eventually get bigger than the dragons in your head when you stop feeding them! Stop feeding them with more thoughts & start growing the healthy stuff. Learn to become a ‘smart thinker’. The solution will never be realized in reasoning or thinking your way out of your issues! 

DECIDE that you’ll no longer party with the dragons. They’re big liars!
