6. THINK RIGHT

Think about what you think about! Try mind-mapping. Track thoughts alongside emotions. Identify thought pattern alongside emotions.

Turn your mind into a user-friendly place full of daisies & fragrant meadows. Psalm 23 (“He makes me lie down in green pastures,…He restores my soul.’) 

Sort your thoughts! Have a reject bin & an accept bin. Assess your thoughts & dump the rejects at the end of the day. Do it purposefully UNTIL it becomes a ‘natural’ discipline!

Phil 4:8 ‘…I’d say you’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse’.
